I literally had someone tell me the other day that John Friend has changed yoga more than anyone else,,paleeezzzzzzzzzz–I laughed-I actually thought they were joking, but they weren’t.
Well, it’s hard to say what effect all this will have on the American yoga “scene” in the long run, what with that whole “butterfly effect” and all…. But…you know…Well…it’s all in the video really….
